Lagenio Smartwatch: Battery Optimization & Troubleshooting Guide
To ensure your Lagenio smartwatch performs at its best, please follow these simple guidelines for battery management and connectivity.
1. Monitoring Battery Life
If the watch battery is low, it may have been active for more than three days without a recharge.
Solution: Charge the device fully before its next use.
2. Optimizing Wi-Fi Usage
When the watch is out of range of a saved Wi-Fi network, it will continuously scan for a signal. This constant searching significantly drains the battery.
Solution: When away from home or known Wi-Fi zones, turn off the Wi-Fi by going to Settings > Network > WLAN and switching it to OFF.
3. Managing Cellular Signal
Similar to a mobile phone, the smartwatch consumes more power when it is in an area with a weak or non-existent cellular signal as it constantly tries to reconnect.
Solution: In areas with poor reception, go to an area with cellular signal
4. General Solution: Scheduled Power On/Off
The most effective way to save battery is to schedule the watch to turn off automatically while the user is asleep and turn back on before they wake up.
How to set up Auto Power On/Off:
Open the Lagenio App on your smartphone.
Tap the "More" menu located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Find and select the "Device On/Off Time" option.
Enable the Device On/Off Time toggle.
Set your preferred Power Off time (e.g., 9:00 PM) and Power On time (e.g., 6:00 AM).
